Trudeau calls the unvaccinated racist and misogynistic extremists

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told a Quebec television station people who do not get vaccinated against COVID-19 are often racist and misogynistic extremists.

But he said the people of Quebec are not the problem and questioned whether the rest of Canada needs to “tolerate” the unvaccinated.

His comments prompted People’s Party of Canada leader Maxime Bernier to call Trudeau a “fascist psychopath.”

Trudeau also called unvaccinated Canadians science deniers.

“We are going to end this pandemic by proceeding with the vaccination,” said Trudeau in French.

“We all know people who are deciding whether or not they are willing to get vaccinated, and we will do our very best to try to convince them. However, there is still a part of the population (that) is fiercely against it.

“They don’t believe in science/progress and are very often misogynistic and racist. It’s a very small group of people, but that doesn’t shy away from the fact that they take up some space.

“This leads us, as a leader and as a country, to make a choice: Do we tolerate these people? Over 80% of the population of Quebec have done their duty by getting the shot. They are obviously not the issue in this situation.”

In Quebec, 84.5% of residents have received at least one COVID-19 vaccination. A total of 14,900,242 jabs have been given out.

Across Canada, 90% of people aged 12 and over have received one dose. A total of 87% have received two jabs.

In Alberta, it’s 90% of the people with one jab and 85% of people with two.

Federal COVID-19 stats show BC has vaccinated 84% of residents with one dose, 79% with two. Saskatchewan has 80% with one dose, 72% with two and Manitoba has 81.4% with one dose, 75% with two.

Aren’t his statements about the anti-vaxxers illegal in Canada? We have problems here in the USA with FJB but at least we have a 1st amendment and free speech.

I suggest everyone use the new RCMP hate speech informant line to report trudeau’s hate speak and extremism.

The RCMP are asking Canadians to report all hate speech on all media platforms.

I already emailed the RCMP about this.

That was a call to genocide from our Fuhrer.
If Canadians don’t overthrow racist Nazi regime Trudeau they will become accomplices in a genocide which is conducted now and will dramatically accelerate in 2022. (Chances are 99-1 against us).

“Do we tolerate these people?” This is darkness bordering on hate speech. In our Canadian context, it is the sentiment which led to the residential schools and the internments during both world wars. Beyond Canada, well, the extremes are obvious. The rest of his comments are equally troubling for their uninformed nature, narrowness, and inaccuracy. And in all of that, he managed to play to the crowd. I hope the rest of the country sees through this.

À mes concitoyens canadiens du Québec, s’il vous plaît, réveillez-vous!
To my fellow Canadians elsewhere, please wake up!

We are definitely becoming a fascist state, which is a marriage between govt. and those private institutions that bed with it.
Maxine has it absolutely right, Trudeau is a fascist psychopath. In my nearly 70 years as a happy and proud Canadian I’ve never heard such hateful and divisive language from any politician, let alone a Prime Minister. Let’s face it, this idiot got elected because of his name, youthful looks, promise to legalize pot, and numerous lies to indigenous and other immigrant groups.

Canadians are known worldwide as ‘nice’ people. Look up the Latin origins of the word nice, they are nescius ‘ignorant’, from nescire ‘unaware’. Need I say more?
One of our greatest shortcomings is many peoples ignorance of history, as it is certainly repeating itself. There is no shortage of documentaries outlining what took place in Nazi Germany in the 1930’s, how the Nazi’s came to power, how the German population was deceived and bought into their charismatic leader’s rants. The parallels are so obvious if you just look, and we all know where Hitler and Stalin took their own people, no less the Jews.

Look at Argentina’s fall in the last 100 years, from global leading economy and society to impoverished suffering. It is happening today in Canada and the USA.
Socialism, fascism, communism, they don’t work, the leaders abuse and profit, the people lose and suffer in serfdom.

Wake up Canada, wake the f— up! You only have one choice on the people’s side supporting our Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and that’s Maxine’s People’s Party of Canada! Wake up Alberta, wake the f— up! You only have one choice supporting Alberta over the Laurentian elites and prepared to stand against fascist Justin Waterhole, and that’s Hinman’s Wildrose Party of Alberta!
ps: as a fascist leader JT should meet the same demise as Mussolini!
pps: to my fellow Canadians, if you voted for JT Castro the first time, you were fooled. If you voted for him the second time, you were an idiot. If you voted for him the third time you must have been bought, drunk, or on bad drugs. If you vote for him again, you obviously hate what Canada has always stood for!

My triple vaxxed brother in law, sister in law and niece all passed testing and flew to new york before Christmas. All contracted covid somewhere along the trip and are now 14 day quarantining in new york. Missed return flight, no insurance, expensive and aggravating trip. Yay vaccines!

Racist has become a meaningless catch-all word for denigrating people, like Nazi and fascist. With humorous intent an Ojibwa friend says I’m racist against fat people! More seriously, Trudeau’s fellow travellers in wokesters in the Senate, led by Murray Sinclair, used it to exile Lynn Beyak. All she said was that the residential schools were not all bad even as some were terrible. There’s a long list of success stories, including 3 federal cabinet ministers, Thomson Highway, architect Douglas Cardinal and many others. See the recent article on the graves scam by Brian Giuesbrecht, at the website for Frontier Centre for Public Policy.

    Letter from Bernier

One thing has become clearer than ever in 2021: Without the PPC, there would be no real opposition to Justin Trudeau in Ottawa and to the madness that is taken over our country.

There would be no opposition to covid authoritarianism.

There would be no opposition to the cancel culture and attacks on freedom of speech.

There would be no opposition to woke insanity and political correctness.

There would be no opposition to federal intrusions in provincial jurisdictions.

There would be no opposition to massive spending, unsustainable debt, and rising inflation.

There would be no opposition to globalism and UN attacks on our sovereignty.

There would be no opposition to the radical trans lobby and brainwashing our kids to mutilate themselves.

There would be no opposition to mass immigration.

There would be no opposition to the carbon tax and climate change hysteria.

THERE WOULD BE NO OPPOSITION, PERIOD!

Hold the line, no washrooms in Ottawa

“I saw maybe a total of 8 porta-potties for probably over 100k people when I was there,” said Zajac.

Bathroom facilities are scarce for the masses of protestors in Ottawa.

“We have worked repeatedly with law enforcement agencies to try to bring humane conditions to the people who are peacefully demonstrating, washroom facilities, maintenance of those washroom facilities,” said Jeff in a broadcast update with convoy organizers.

“We have yet to get a solidified response to bring those deserved conditions to this peaceful demonstration.”

Mississauga citizen, Gregory Zajac, joined the demonstration in Ottawa on Saturday.

“It was massive. You could walk for hours and there would be more places to see truckers and protesters,” Zajac told the Western Standard.

“Only complaints would be the constant loud honking and the lack of bathrooms/porta-potties.

“I saw maybe a total of 8 porta potties for probably over 100,000 people when I was there.”

Canadian government health and safety recommendations say events need to have 80 bathrooms for events of 5,000 people.

Ottawa police are seizing supplies where possible to discourage the demonstration from continuing, but there have not been reports of police blocking washroom facilities.

When asked about aggressive acts and hate at the protest, Zajac said he didn’t see anything of the nature.

“Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The most aggressive thing was the flags and signs that said ‘f— Trudeau’.”

“It was a great experience and really cool to see people of all races come together to fight for what they believe in.

“I was really surprised to see the large amount of pride flags and flags of different nations. I think this is something everyone should experience.”

The City of Ottawa did not get back to the Western Standard in time for publishing.

Alberta education minister calls student mask protests to ‘cease immediately’

“Schools are not an appropriate place to protest public health measures, as this only serves to disrupt the education of Alberta students.”

mm

Published

on

After massive backlash erupted on social media last Thursday over a mask protest by students at a Bowden School, Alberta’s Education Minister has called on students to stop the protests.

“While all Canadians have a right to protest and express themselves, protests must be peaceful and within the confines of the law,” said Minister Adriana LaGrange in a statement provided to the Western Standard.

“Schools are not an appropriate place to protest public health measures, as this only serves to disrupt the education of Alberta students. Furthermore, unauthorized trespass on school property is unlawful.”

In the statement, LaGrange encouraged anyone who has “chosen to disrupt the learning environment at any Alberta school to cease immediately,” and suggested local authorities have been advised to take action to “ensure a safe and peaceful” workplace and learning environment for students, teachers and staff.

A mask protest at the K – Grade 12 Bowden Grandview School began with four students last Tuesday and grew to more than a dozen students by Thursday.

On Wednesday and Thursday, students participating in the mask protest were asked to leave the school but refused and were sent to the school’s boot room both days where students reported temperatures at times reached 30C and above.

Outraged parents and students took to social media on Thursday to bring awareness to the ordeal which led to a backlash of negative attention for the school.

Reports of threatening messages to the school’s principal Jeff Thompson and other teachers — and on the advice of RCMP — prompted a decision by school officials to resort to online learning for the students and teachers for Friday and Monday while the school determined “next steps.”

Thompson sent a letter to parents on Thursday advising them of the school’s decision and said an update would be provided to parents on Monday.

Chinook’s Edge School Division, Superintendent for Schools Kurt Sacher on Friday told the Western Standard the students were “well-cared for” and “in good spirits” when he checked in with them in the boot room on Thursday.

Sacher said students are not required to wear masks all day at the Bowden school, nor does the school enforce the mask mandate for those in K to Grade 3.

“While students are seated facing forward at their desks, they can take their masks off. So, for the vast majority of the day, they don’t have masks on,” said Sacher.

“I appreciate their (students) concern about mask mandates and agree they have a right to protest. But, when it comes to a legal order — a mask mandate framed by the Chief Medical Officer of Health — we are required to comply.”

The Western Standard contacted Chinook’s Edge School Division to follow up on how the Bowden school plans to move forward but did not receive a statement in time for publishing.

Elections Canada delayed shipping tens of thousands of mail-in ballots

The shipment of mail-in ballot kits to 123,000 voters was delayed by Elections Canada until less than one week before election day.

The shipment of mail-in ballot kits to 123,000 voters was delayed by Elections Canada until less than one week before election day, despite Chief Electoral Officer Stéphane Perreault having said his agency was fully prepared to conduct a pandemic election, says Blacklock’s Reporter.

“We are prepared to do an election if it were called tomorrow,” Perreault testified at the House affairs committee in November 2020, adding that Elections Canada was “in a constant state of readiness.”

The agency, however, revealed tens of thousands of qualified voters asked for mail-in ballot kits which were not shipped by Elections Canada until September 13 and later. The election was held on September 20.

“We sent approximately 5,000 mail-in ballot kits to electors living abroad on or after September 13,” said Matthew McKenna, spokesperson for the agency. An additional 118,000 were mailed to voters living in Canada over the same period.

“This must be considered a preliminary number,” said McKenna.

Electors, regardless of where they lived, were permitted to apply for mail-in ballots online to “allow Canadians to safely vote in the context of a potential pandemic.”

This was the first election carried out nationwide under pandemic conditions.

Elections Canada did not estimate how many of the 123,000 electors did not have time to return their ballot.

Blacklock’s documented cases in which voters did not receive the paperwork until after election day.

In a January 31 report tabled in Parliament, the agency identified roughly 205,000 mail-in ballots that went uncounted. The number of uncounted votes was greater than the 190,790-vote margin of victory.

Michel Roussel, deputy chief electoral officer, told the House Affairs Committee that Elections Canada was prepared for all potential difficulties.

Advanced polling ended September 13, therefore the 123,000 ballot kits mailed on or after September 13 left electors with no chance to vote in person at advance polls in their home riding.

No Media Bailouts

The fourth estate is critical to a functioning democracy in holding the government to account. An objective media can't maintain editorial integrity when it accepts money from a government we expect it to be critical of.

We the undersigned call on the Canadian government to immediately cease all payouts to media companies.
